1. Scope

Vector covers industrial AI inference capabilities, model-assisted reasoning, and related API or embedded product functionality.

The product may be delivered through hosted interfaces, API access, embedded workflows, or private deployment models where expressly agreed.

2. Out of scope

This product is not:

• a guaranteed optimization engine,
• an autonomous decision system,
• a certified safety system,
• a substitute for human review in legally determinative, safety-critical, or engineering-signoff contexts.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer remains responsible for:

• validating inputs, prompts, and retrieved context,
• reviewing outputs before reliance,
• controlling access credentials and usage boundaries,
• ensuring outputs are used lawfully and within the agreed use case.

4. Dependencies

Vector depends on the selected deployment model, agreed data boundary, API or workflow configuration, customer environment where applicable, and any contracted private deployment assumptions.

5. Variability clause

Capabilities, features and deployment models may vary depending on configuration, region and agreed scope.

6. AI disclaimer

Vector outputs are probabilistic and assistive. AI outputs are probabilistic and should not be treated as sole basis for critical decisions.
